For over 24 years, I’ve been a part of one of America’s leading health and wellness companies, where I helped families embrace healthier lifestyles while building a business that empowered other women to do the same. That experience sparked my passion for wellness, leadership, and personal development.

Cooking & Connection

Food has always been a central part of my story. I was employed by the Atlanta Catholic Church in a cooking role, where I learned firsthand how meals bring people together. That love for cooking led to Cooking with Conversations — my space to share recipes, stories, and the joy of gathering around the table.

Fitness & Community Impact

I founded Pamela Bennett Fitness and later Club Spin, where I introduced biometric cycle technology into cycling programs and built a strong community of fitness enthusiasts. I also managed aquatic contracts across multiple Georgia counties, creating accessible wellness programs that reached people where they lived and worked.
